SJCS International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of St John’s college, Cambridge, of which St John’s College School forms a part. SJCS International has been granted the exclusive right by St John’s College School to license the St John’s College School name, brand, or any know-how used exclusively by St John’s College School to third parties. SJCS International has been granted the right to open a bi-lingual nursery school in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, in a partnership between St John’s College School and a Chinese entity using the ethos, approach, expertise and brand of St John’s College School to characterise the school, differentiate it from other competing nursery schools and to define, structure, and organise its procedures, processes, methodology and activities.
